Do you dislike/hate your age group?

I have to say "yes." My age group are full of idiots, ignorants morons, and much much more. You can probably guess what it is. And then I found you guys. It is literally, my Escape.

So do you? And if so why?

No, I don't hate them. Just because I don't get most/a fair few of them doesn't mean I hate them.

Generally i get on reasonably well with people my age

Yes. Unfortunately, I dislike a lot of my age group. Most of them are just thickos that dick around to act cool. Some aren't, and I absolutely love those people. Otherwise, I just kind of go with the flow, but not too enthusiastically if you get what I'm saying.

I'm sixteen. We are all idiots, myself and my friends included, we just don't like to admit it. There just happen to be varying degrees of stupidity and arrogance, and we're thankfully near the bottom.

Pretty much this except with the minor tweak that were all dumb, and act dumb in my group of friends, but we aren't dumb enough to do anything that would be seriously harmful to ourselves.

Heh, I remember being a teenager and thinking 'man, all my classmates are dicks,' It took me a while to realise that I was being just as much of a dick, just in a different way.

In other words, I was the typical teenager, and thinking myself above my peers didn't in any way correspond to making myself better. Everyone is arrogant as a teenager, they just don't realise it. A lot of people go on to be arrogant as adults, but hey, at least nowadays I acknowledge my arrogance.

So yeah, I used to, then I grew up, matured properly instead of the faux maturity I had, and realised that there's no point to really hating anyone unless they give you real reason. Hate is a word that gets thrown around a little too often these days, save it for someone who deserves it.

In my low twenties. I don't hate the majority because I don't like to generalize. However, I will point out that I dislike many different types of people. I prefer to make a judgement on an individual rather than a group. That way when meeting new people you can be unbiased until you've sorted them out. After a while you can tell straight away if they are a bimbo, or a Drug user, or a complete tool...

I like most. A lot can be immature but for my age group it can be expected. Yet were starting to get the bigger picture as were just going into High school, We realized how we do these next four years will ultimately decide our futures. I am starting to see the kids who slacked off the last year actually studying their subjects BE FOR the school year. Were definably trying hard to achieve something alright.

I dont hate them, but I dislike almost everyone in general. People are stupid and have ridiculous interests and often values. Why isnt the world a better and more intelligent place? World, I am dissapoint.
