There are so many makes, you'd probably do better to include either manufacturer or operating system.RMcD94 said:I'm now regretting not including a number of makes in the poll. Also surprised at the number of no's.

I have an HTC Aria running Android 2.1. I just got it and I'm loving how compact it is for a smartphone.
Those are operating systems, not makes. A more complete list would be:RMcD94 said:I was thinking

Not that many.
I didn't want overlaps. I've never heard of Symbian in my life.Dags90 said:Those are operating systems, not makes. A more complete list would be:RMcD94 said:I was thinking

That covers most phones worldwide. Not including Symbian would lead to many "Other" options.
There aren't any overlaps in that list. Symbian is the OS used on many Nokia phones, they have the majority of the mobile phone OS marketshare worldwide.RMcD94 said:I didn't want overlaps. I've never heard of Symbian in my life.

Even more surprising that I've never heard of it then. Wonder why that is.RAKtheUndead said:Considering that Symbian is used on phones other than Nokia, and has a market share greater than BlackBerry, Android and iOS combined, it deserves a place on your list far, far more than the two choices that you gave.RMcD94 said:I guess people just say they have a Nokia.Dags90 said:There aren't any overlaps in that list. Shame that list will go to waste.
