Well, I am just wondering... Do you own a bath(tub) and do you use it?

I used to own one in my old house. But now I only have a shower. Sometimes I do miss it.

We have a bathtub but the shower is in there so that's what I use. Baths are too inconvenient and time consuming.

We do, but I haven't seen it in years. We put a board over it and used it as a makeshift shelf to keep the clothes dryer on and other equipment. Baths just seem completely redundant to me considering showers are faster and more practical. I guess you're afforded more comfort in a bath, but I hardly care about that when I'm taking 5 minutes to wash myself. And then there's the matter of hair - as someone with long hair, I'd imagine it would be an awkward affair washing it in a bath tub. It's a nightmare just doing it over a sink!

Eh, showers all the way!

I do have it but have never used it on my own, it's just really time consuming and dull unless you got someone in there with you. And even that only happens about once every 3-4 years.

We have a bathtub-shower-thing. I don't use the bath part because baths are gross.

I just started taking baths again after a couple decades of almost entirely showers, and it's great. It's so relaxing that if I had a pillow I could fall asleep in there.

Showers are all business, no pleasure.

There are relaxing as all hell massaging bubble jets all up in there man.

I've never used it for anything other than laundry, storage and plants.

I have a bathtub, but because I live in drought-stricken California, no baths for me. Not even daily showers. I actually use "you can take a shower after" as motivation to exercise, and on days I don't exercise I pretty much just do a washcloth wipedown

Technically I don't own the bathtub, it is owned by the person actually pays the house bills, but I am the only person that uses it and clean it every week so there's that.
I take a shower, I prefer it, it is just faster.

I like baths though and I'll take one just to relax sometimes.

I prefer having baths to showers but I haven't had a bath in years. :/

Showers aren't bad though. In my current house and my previous two houses we had bathtubs. In the first year of university though I had an en-suite bathroom (well, minus the bath) so basically my own private shower. It was glorious.

I don't have one and i mostly shower at work anyway, because i'm a cheap bastard and hot water is expensive. The last memory of using one was at my grandparents when i was 4 or something, can't recall if it was pleasant or not, just that getting out of it was a pain.

Had a bath until recently but had it taken out for a shower to be put in. Don't mind having a bath but always prefer to have a shower and the bath was only used to have a shower in.

I mean, we have the actual tub but with a shower head, so I take showers. I do occasionally sit in the tub with the shower on though. I crank that hot water up and just let it fall on me. I enjoy the sound of a shower anyway. I've nodded off once or twice doing that.

I have a bath almost every day, every morning before work. I find it helps me wake up and gather my thoughts. Its also nice and hot.
I've been told by my girlfriend that it wastes a lot of water, but she has seen how long I can stand/stay in a shower, and cannot use that reasoning anymore.
We do have a shower over the bath which she uses, and I do if I am in a hurry, but otherwise baths all the way.

I have a bathtub in my main bathroom but it never sees any use because I also have an en-suite bathroom with a shower cubical and as I shower in the morning and can roll out of bed into the shower without having to go out into my freezing hallway the en-suite always wins. Overall I prefer showers, I used to take the occasional bath but never seem to have the time these days.

That said a couple of years ago I was living with an ex, and we had a jacuzzi tub. Baths were a much more appealing prospect as a multi-plater experience.
