Taking a Poll! How many of you have a portable game system and a home console system? Do you have both a PS3 and a PSP? If you own a Nintendo Wii, do you also own a DS and every generation of the Gameboy series? Do you just own just a portable game system and no home consoles?

Cast your vote in the poll and reply with which systems you have and which ones you still use or use the most. Also reply why you don't have a portable system or a home console if you vote as such.

Have a PS2 and a PC, can't think of a single reason for getting any more gaming system. Also portable systems has never interested me as at home I would prefer a stationary and when travelling I prefer a book they don't use batteries.

What do I currently own and still play? Well,

Gameboy Color
Gameboy advanced/ Gameboy advance SP
PSP (original)
Nintendo DS lite
SNES
Nintendo 64
Xbox (original)
Nintendo Gamecube
Playstation one
Playstation 2
Playstation 3
I also occasionally play PC games as well. So it's safe to say that I own and play a lot of both types of gaming system

Wii and DS. (Also Gamecube that's hardly used anymore due to lack of games, and GBA that half the buttons don't work reliably anymore)

I would stick earlier consoles but the majority have broken and been thrown away, years ago.

I have a Wii, 360, and PS3. No portables. I bought a DS Lite for dirt cheap off of eBay a few years ago but I never found enough games to interest me. I just wanted to play Phantom Hourglass, but that game was a huge disappointment (by far my least favorite game in the series, though I haven't played Spirit Tracks). I was looking into the PSP but its library didn't seem appealing either.

I do have some games on my Macbook Pro. That's not the kind of portable you're thinking of though.

I have a DS, a PS3, a Wii, and a PC. I had a PsP but I loaned it to my sister when she wanted to play Little Big Planet on it. I haven't seen it since and have no real motivation to ask for it.

Wii, PS3, Xbox and an alright PC that's not really up to scratch for gaming. I think I've also got a gameboy colour sitting around somewhere, so I guess that counts as portable...

Gameboy Pocket, Gameboy Advanced, and DS. For consoles, N64, GC, Wii, PS3.
My PC can play Dragon Age when it feels like it, so I'll add that in too.

DS Lite
DSi
PS3 Phat
360 Pro
PSP 3000
PSP 1000(Not working)

I also had a Wii inside my house, but I sold it because the only good games on it in 2007 at the time were first party-games, which I don't care for these days.

Home: Sega Genesis, PS1, PS2, Wii, PC
Portable: GB color, GBA, GBA SP, DS, Netbook

So I have an equal number of home and portable systems, unless I count my dad's 360.

I have several consoles (360, X-box, PS3, PS2, Gamecube, N64), but I have no portables. I would like to have some, but I do not have the money to get them at the moment. That money goes to games on the consoles!
