Poll: Do you prefer wine or beer?

I prefer beer. I don't like white wine. Red's alright.

I prefer white wine to beer but I'd pick beer over red wine.

I do love me some Pinot Grigio.

I'll take beer over wine any day. Give me a good lager, ale, stout, bitter or porter and I'm happy. Wine's more temperamental; I'm definitely starting to like it more as I get older, but it's still not up there on my preferred drinking lists.

White wine I've had more of, and often it's nice enough, but in my experience it's very easy to get one that's just a tad too dry and then it's all but undrinkable. Red can be lovely, especially the really full-bodied ones, but it's a lot harder to find cheap, nice reds, whereas cheap and nice whites aren't too tough to find.

I don't like either but if I had to pick I'd say wine. I really can't stand beer, I prefer cider.

Wine. Beer has gluten in, so is verboten (yay Coeliac disease! /sarcasm) but even before I was diagnosed, I never liked beer.

Wine gives me a tragic headache and beer gives plays havoc with my bowels in the morning.
So I prefer beer of the two but on the whole I'll drink a whiskey. Mmm whiskey... *goes to get a glass*

Wine makes me puke way faster than beer does. Also chugging beer is refreshing. Wine, not so much.

Beer over wine. Never been a fan of wine in any form.
Rosé wines(white and red mixed or something, don't know if "rosé" is the proper English name) works sometimes though.

Beer for me. I don't like the taste of wine.

But my most favorite drink is combination of beer + mead. It's awesome. Try it sometimes.

A good beer is hard to say no to, but a good red is even harder, so I voted for wine.
Not a huge fan of any of the whites I've tried so far, though...
