I go to a college so needless to say there are at least 3 people i regularly interact with who say the F word in every other sentence, ITS BLOODY STUPID!!! (bloody, you see? not swearing) If people swear all the time it becomes perfectly meaningless and you're left with nothing to show genuine anger except shouting and violence! So what about you? Do you swear?

All the fucking time.

See? I put the word fucking in the sentence so you get my point. Clever eh?

Fuck no, I am a good boy.

Well, ok, I swear. But I don't swear in every sentence. If you don't use swear-words with moderation they lose their impact.

Fuck yes, but only as a point of emphasis.

I'm not like the juggalos that infest this city---even a blind man can f'ing tell a f'ing juggalo just by f'ing listening to them f'ing talk.

Yes, far too much. Although not in every sentence, and never when it isn't relevant to do so.

Well I personally think I swear a moderate amount... but considering the fact that whenever I do swear people around me gasp and say "you NEVER swear!", I guess I don't actually swear that much. :p

I swear more than a sailor OR a trucker. Maybe more than the baby of a sailor and a trucker. I'm also consistently profane, GOD DAMN IT!

Like a sailor, especially when profanity is least called for. I find it makes me sound clever and funny simultaneously.

People swear to put emphasis on the importance of what they're talking about. Saying "blue blazes" is technically no different from saying a swear word.

Oh, and bloody is definitely a swear word. It's just not as harsh as "fuck" or "shit".

I try not to. I'll swear when there is a reason to do it. On these forums, I think I've sworn maybe 3 times in total, and always to make a point.

well "blue blazes" may have the same meaning as swearing but i know that by saying that im not going to offend anyone (by the way, i NEVER say "blue blazes" and i only said it today ironically) and yes, i suppose "bloody" is a swear word but i dont really class it as one any more seeing as hardly anyone ever uses it (besides, it was used on doctor who, which is daytime TV!)
