That's pretty extreme.TehCookie said:Just to let you know, if anyone admits piracy on here they get a warning so the results will be skewed.
Prepare to lose a few weeks of your life. It's almost as addictive as Civ IV.evilneko said:I still have an unopened copy of GalCiv II that I bought specifically to support Stardock's decision to not encumber it with DRM. One of these days I'll get around to playing it. >.>
Yeeeeeah, I was kind of thinking of that.TehCookie said:Just to let you know, if anyone admits piracy on here they get a warning so the results will be skewed. Though I will answer an honest no. I do the reverse when the game I bought refuses to run.

You should. It's pretty good for an RTS (I suck at them so I be biased). And if you ever figure how in the fuck that shipbuilding thing works let me know. I can never make practical ships with it. I always end up building dreadnought monstrosities that cost to much, or take too long to build, or can't travel anywhere 'cause I forgot to add life support.evilneko said:I still have an unopened copy of GalCiv II that I bought specifically to support Stardock's decision to not encumber it with DRM. GalCiv II is a 4X, not an RTS. >.> And as an experienced Space Empires 4 player, I'm pretty sure I'll be able to manage designing my own ships.T0ad 0f Truth said:You should. To be fair, it's technically admitting "attempted internet piracy" which I suppose isn't piracy. I mean, if you have zeroes and ones that are the basis for intellectual property, but don't resemble that intellectual property in any meaningful way (by not running), is it still theft?TehCookie said:Just to let you know, if anyone admits piracy on here they get a warning so the results will be skewed.
