Poll: Fallout: New Vegas is already cracked!

While surfing the internetz today I just happened to notice that FO:NV has already been cracked and torrented. So fellow escapists, what do you make of this? I mean I was pretty impressed that there was already a working cracked version of the game the same day it was released. Damn, crackers are quite speedy!

That's because the cracking groups made steamworks their ***** a long time ago. For them cracking a steamworks game is mostly an automated process (like it is for most popular DRM schemes that don't throw in an extra curveball somewhere). You can learn a lot by reading them trash talk each other in their .NFOs.

Also, for what it's worth, the 360 version hit the torrents about an hour after it hit the shelves.

Not surprised many games are cracked before they even come out. Hell Assassins Creed was supposed to be un-crackable, 2 weeks after it was out...

It's not surprising that it happened so quickly though. You'll see cracked versions of many games available before release.
