Tanuki suit if so, as it's pretty much a upgraded Raccoon suit, which ties with the Cape on its own.

The feather/cape. Being able to fly/glide/float has huge advantages in a game where landing on someone's head is almost always fatal.

i think i have to say the Raccoon Suit/Cape/Feather/Propeller Hat There pretty much the same thing but all so delightful.
