Time to be predictable but I'll vote for Tali. Jumped for joy when I found out she was a LI in the second game, ditched Liara in a heartbeat.

Not so clear cut with my femsheps, one with Garrus and one with Thane and I thought both had their merits.

In terms of personal preference, I always tend to go for the bitchy characters in BioWare games like Miranda or Morrigan. So here, I voted Miranda. As an overall character though I thought Tali and Jack were the most interesting in the Mass Effect games, and Tali is clearly the most likable based on almost anyone you talk to. I never really liked Ashley and thought Liara was a little too naive and awkward (almost to a child-like degree) in the first game, but I liked her character a bit more in the sequel.
