So I sadly witnessed my uncle watching the Glen Beck show or what ever the Nazi turrets guy show is and I saw agreeing with all of. I asked him if this was a prank on me or if I was high and he replied "NO, THIS IS THE TRUTH OF THE NATION AND YOU SHOULD LISTEN, I AM SURE YOUR DAD WOULD AGREE WITH ME" My dads dead. Anyways I was wondering what the escapist thinks about Fox's network. As you can see I don't think to highly of it, but what does the Escapist think?

I live in Canada, and compared to our TV news (at least as far as I've observed) pretty much all American news is sensationalist and biased, but the Fox news network is much more so than all of the rest. I don't have much respect for them.

Yes, because asking for an opinion on something qualifies as whining about it.

Personally, I literally could not care less about Fox as a whole, shows like the Simpsons have nose dived in quality, the 'news' programs are a fucking joke and the myriad of shitty reality shows makes it almost painful to stay on the channel during the day time. If it weren't for "So You Think You Can Dance" (Probably the sole good thing left on Fox) I wouldn't even have care that the channel still existed at all.

fox new is biased to the right and their are also news biased to the left.

I look at all these new stations like i would a person who constantly tells lies and half-truths.

In other words: news is hard to take seriously when you are left wondering what the hell their agendas are.

In my opinion any type of news show is biased. I agree much more with the Liberal side than the Conservative side but I hate how news stations lean more to the left or right.

What I want to see is a new station that is unbiased and neutral. They put no emotions into what they say, do not offer their opinions, and deliver both sides of a story but make it as neutral as possible.

If people want to listen to what they want to hear than that is fine with me. I would prefer to get the whole story not the biased version of it.

Because humans beings by very definition are biased. That's why.

However, as to the topic.. Fox "News" is about as news as a War is Hippy Peace Time. Full of bullshit, and nothing more.

You've nailed it. While I don't read newspapers, most broadcasters are quite bad. The only broadcasters I trust are BBC. They're probably the least biased reporters out there.
