If there is a previous thread of this, which I have a feeling there is, I apologies in advance, but I did search for it.
As a huge Futurama fan, when I first heard that Futurama was back, the first thing I did was be a nerd about it and watch some previous episodes and listen to the commentaries.
The original series was amazing, hilarious, and made me feel smarter and was a great loss to many fans. But those same fans are the ones to thank for its glorious return.

Bender's Big Score

As the crew return, there first new delivery is to the nude beach planet, where we meet the scammer aliens and Fry's Bender ass tattoo, the tattoo that hides a binary code to time travel.
This film was brilliant, the story was well written, it felt like the real show in a more cinematic view, it was funny alot of times and the flashbacks were brilliant. But I was disappointed to see Seymour the dog being OK because that episode had alot of emotion and such heart that's been taken away now.

7.8

The Beast with a Billion Backs

As the universe is in trouble, an alien comes through from his universe and to love everyone in existance.
Alot of people I knew really did not like this one. Whilst it does take about 40 or so minutes to get to the bit with the alien, it was very funny and Hedonism Bot had a fantastic job in this film.

9

Bender's Game

Bender believes he is inside the classic RPG Dungeons and Dragons, Dark Matter prices going up, an explanation about Dark Matter is revealed and the crew are inside the game.
This one had to grow on me a few times. Whilst I'm not a huge gamer, I got enough to get through. Not exactly the greatest, but it was pretty good.

7

Into the Wild Green Yonder

Leela goes green and protects the environment with the feministas, Bender is having an affair between Fanny and the DonBot and Fry is given the task to save the universe from the dark one.
Loved it. Great jokes, all lines forward and a great way to go out of now.

10

Final Score: 8.5

What's your say?

Not much of a review if you just giving 2 or 3 liners made of "It was good. Very funny. And that was okay" and hand out a score.

This.
Also, I didn't like any of the movies nearly as much as most of the episodes.

If you're not ready to write a review, don't bother posting. I look at topics like this and just ask myself, "Really?"

Beast with a Billion Backs was my favorite, Benders Big Score was pretty good, Into the Wild Green Yonder was decent but a bit boring, and I hated Benders Game. Laughed maybe twice throughout it.

"But what does this mean for us and our many fans?"
Bender's Big Score for the dialogue, but credit goes to into the wild green yonder for being a definitive sequel to the series.

I didn't really see much of them, but as for the review:

Try to be more detailed about it. A lot of the review was plot summary and annoying spoilers (Such as Seymour coming back. I didn't know about that nor did I want to know, I wanted to fnd out for myself). Instead of saying just "It was funny", put examples, say what made you laugh, say why it was funny.

I'm a big fan of the series, and you need to address what makes each episode good or bad. Brief sentence and a numerical rating tend to flop as far as reviews go.

Personal preference is that Big Score was my favorite, and Billion Backs was the weakest(despite my enjoyment of David Cross' voice)

Im going to have to go with ^this guy.

Say a few little things and handing out a seemingly random number makes it seem this your rating the moives by how much you personally liked them, not there quality.

I can't really remember which was my favourite. Would have to go back and rewatch them to find out. Although I remember Bender's Big Score and Into the Wild Green Yonder being especially funny.

not a great review. It basically said which movie was your favorite and how it ranks with the others. Try adding more meat to your reviews and reviewing one or two things, not 4 at once.
