You know, when one thinks about the MASSIVE amounts of technology and human effort that had to be dedicated to making this post possible.

Someone had to invent electricity

Someone had to invent computers

Someone had to invent the internet

Just think about that for a bit while reading this post.

If it's just a little, no pwoblem. If it's an Afro, no thanks! You should allow for a more neutral response...

It makes me want to say "Never ever ever wear sleeveless shirts again."

but in actuality I will most likely throw a t-shirt at her and tell her "cover up your scaring the children." But sadly I don't carry around t-shirts with me so I will most likely just look away in disgust and try not to make eye contact.

I really don't care one way or the other to be honest. I'm not expected to have shaven armpits, and you won't hear me making any such demand of women just because society tells me I should find it to be a turn off.

I'm sorry, but what does this have to do with female armpit hair? I think you may have clicked the wrong thread ;-)

On topic, I always make sure my pits are nice and smooth if I'm going to wear something which might show them. But I usually don't wear things like that, so it's usually not a big problem for me. I shave my legs more often.

[sub](But I guess "shave" is the wrong word. I use nair :3)[/sub]

Completely off topic but no one invented electricity. Electricity is a force of nature and therefore preceded man. It is like saying someone invented the wind.

OT: A little bit but I don't know why but it just looks unnatural to me.

I think it is really a hormonal thing. Testosterone implements much more hair growth then estrogen. Women don't grow beards and the arm and leg hair is much finer than what grows on males, so when you see a women with excessive pit or facial hair or very coarse hair it is an outward signaler that they have more testosterone than normal which from a biological perspective is not good for mating because estrogen is needed for pregnancy. It is a evolutionary thing. Anywho that is my theory.

I dated a girl some years back that didnt shave at all.. Like NOT AT ALL...

I like to see myself as an openminded guy, so it didnt bother me that much in the beginning..
As time passed, i found it more and more unattractive, so i convinced her to atleast shave her legs, wich helped a bit with the attractiveness...
She then dumped me 2 months later..

My point is, all people are different.. Some like hairy pits (and other parts) and some dont...

I tried it, and i didnt like it...

Whew... Im just glad its not a thread about guys shaving their pits. Given some of the community here, it seems like that being a thread is a realistic possibility.

A little stubble, meh.
If she looks like shes got Don king in a headlock.. Dealbreaker.

I've got no problem with it whatsoever.

Yeah, really. If a guy shaves there, they're viewed as strange

It'd make me feel pretty silly just reading it if it wasn't clearly so direly fucking important.

Sometimes I lie awake at night pondering this very question in between shitting myself and furiously bludgeoning my skull with a large rock.

Personally, I find it gross.

And before anyone says anything, check my profile. I'm a woman.

Body hair in general grosses me out. I shave everything. Which is a big damn pain, I will tell you, what with legs, arm pits, and... other sensitive locations.

And no, I'm not talking about shaving my head or eyebrows, for your literal types. That's why I said body hair.

Other women who read this - have any of you tried Nair, or a similar chemical hair remover? I've always wanted to, but my mother told me a horror story about chemical burns when I was a teenager, and I've never been able to work up the nerve. It would be nice to have an alternative to shaving all the time.

I don't like like, so it is more negative than eh, but just a little isn't a problem, if it is EASILY visible, HELL.NO.

I have to say it bothers me. I know it shouldnt, I know beauty is not physical, but just.... when they lift thier arms and I see that grassland they have growing, just... no.

Which is weird, cause I dont mind if I they have a patch in the south.
