I reacently went to a friends house and had a party that would shame bill clinton! we were all watching batman and drinking some old jim beam made in 1987 so it was obviously more alcoholic than originaly made. we go s@#t faced and decided to have a cage match (cage not included). the problem was that we included weapons in the fight... i had a cue stick, one man had a chain and another had a pleather shoe ( trust me the last one hurt the most).
all i can remember is winning the fight and watching peewee's playhouse. i woke up the next morrning covered in blood and a 6 foot tall afican american man whom i have never met in my life spooning me! i kicked him off and ran out the room... I then realized that i was at somone elses house and that all my pubes were shaved off and that someone had painted my junk yellow and somone had very poorly drawn sponge bob on my junk with my dick as his nose...
I went upstairs only to find all my friends watching the same damn pee wee movie i was watching the night before. i asked them what the hell happend and they dont remember either...
my friends then were deeply worried by the fact that the blood on my was not my blood nor theres... needless to say i will never drink buorbon again.
what about you? have you ever had a concussion or gotten super drunk and was terrified at the result?

I've had drunken blackouts a very few times, though never deliberately. Fortunately, no big damage was done...

I passed out while drunk and sustained massive brain damage, the effects of which are still popping up. My short term memory is blasted, I create false memories which force me to question what I do remember, my control of my fingers and toes is reduced by 20%, nerve sensitivity is down 30% on my left side, facial recognition is nearly gone, my perception of body language is nil, and I can go into mini seizures if the right circumstances are present.

And oddly enough, I can remember that whole drunken night with perfect clarity.

I don't remember the last two hours of my most recent birthday party. To this day I'm receiving many conflicting stories as to what I did, and some of these stories are less than savoury.

Two weeks ago, I got more drunk than I've ever been, got sick, and didn't remember about half my night. Needless to say, it went from being really fun to "holy shit I want to die". Yeah, lesson learned.

I've done both more times than I care to remember, but every time I get told of my wacky shenanigans by my roommates and friends.

Shit, that sucks...was it the drink that did the damage, or the things you did while drunk? If its the former, I think I'll lay off in the future...

I've done both. I sometimes faint cos of blood sugar and things, but I've always been looked after.
I have also been so drunk that I've lost a bit of memory - but I usually remember when someone reminds me... I just wish I wasn't reminded sometimes :( I have since decided I will never ever get that drunk again, though tipsy is fine.

Wow that sucks - do you think there is a chance you'll get better sometime, or is there something that could repress the seizures?

Sounds like you had a blast.

OT: No, nothing like that has ever happened to me.

Yet.

The hit. The impact cut my brain in two places. Add in that I was really drunk, and alcohol thins the blood. Blood flows more easily from the brain cuts, increasing cranial pressure. Pressure causes cuts to get wider. You bleed more, increasing the pressure. You get the point.

I actually am not allowed to drink anymore. The brain surgeon told me the next time something like this happens, I'll die. My brains just too messed up to take another heavy hit, or maybe even a light one.

It wont. Damage is done. The seizures are not full blown, shaking on the floor kind - Its the kind where my brain stops working for anywhere from 5 minutes to hours. The conditions to cause this are rare... usually involves more than a dozen fast moving objects close to my face, or strobe lights. Things like that. The seizures actually arn't too bad, its the memory and social skills hit I've taken thats bad.

After my first motor vehicle incident, I was out for 3 days straight. Or so I thought. It turns out I was only out for a day or so, and the rest I simply can't remember.

Like Dave Atell says, 'its not blacking out, I like to call it time traveling'. Yeah I used to get that pissed pretty regularly. I've had a concussion too but not to the point of not remembering and oddly enough? The concussion did NOT happen while drunk.. I think.. Why am I tasting purple?

Nothing like that... I've gotten fully drunk once. I came home and went on the computer. My Facebook status updates made no sense the next morning ("my room is spining liek a towr of berlins1!!11!"), but I also forgot that I confessed to a girl that I had a crush on her three years ago. That was messed up, but funny now that I think back on it.

This hard. The other week I woke up and found out I sang Electric 6 'Gay Bar' During a Karaoke night in a club. Awful feeling in the morning.
