Poll: Have you ever played Jade Empire?

It is honestly my favourite game, but it seems very under-rated. So, how many Escapists have played it?

No I have not, but my friend did and he loved it... he also cheated a lot with saving the game and then gambling.

Played the shit out of it multiple times. I'm not sure if I would call it underrated, but it sure doesn't get as much love as other Bioware games.

I've played it. I've beaten it tons of times. And I keep playing it to this day. It's my favorite Bioware game; next to the first KotOR.

Yeah, I loved it. One of my all time favorite games. I've beaten it so many times, and yet I still sit down and play it over and over again.

I have, and while I do enjoy it a fair bit, I don't think it's THAT underrated. It could use more acknowledgement, yes, but aside from solid characters (including one of my favourite video game villains), I don't think it's the best game of all time.

Well, I love Bioware games, so I obviously have at some point...

As for what I thought of it, I thought it was pretty good. The combat was fun and stylish (even if it was a bit button-mashy) and the story was well paced and had a good twist. Not the best game Bioware has produced, but not the worst either.

Yep, its another series I'm waiting on Bioware to revisit along with KOTOR 3. It was a great and unique game but it felt like a big chunk of it was missing.
