So I am doing a research paper on health and more specifically on junk food and I need some pull results for it and would greatly appreciate any help all of you out there can give me.
Feel free to rant about what ever health topic has you bent out of shape or about how your future self is always telling you that you should be more healthy and whether or not you listen to him/her.

Two more things, regardless of which you picked on the poll, would you say that you plan to eat healthier in the future? And if for any reason you wanted to know I am option 7 (eat depending on how I feel) for the most part.

I eat healthy primarily because Im a student.

Eating badly cost me £4 or £5 a day. Eating well and cooking myself something like stew, curry or bolognese is also £4 but lasts 4 or 5 days.

Having said that home cooked food tastes better and is more filling too. Its not just the money. On the other hand night out + double cheese burger and fries w/mayonnaise...

Choices :S

Not at all really.

Thanks to fantastic genetics, I'm tall, thin and have an absurdly high metabolism to boot.

I give you permission to be jealous.

Well, my first two years of college, I was fueled almost entirely on peanut butter and Coke. But now that I have a decent amount of money, I try to get things with a bit more nutritional value.

I generally eat pretty healthy. I also work out, so my metabolism stays high and I tend to burn off any calories I take in in excess of what my body needs. The only pre-made frozen food I eat semi-regularly are hamburgers and perogies, the only really unhealthy thing I do is not get enough veggies or fruits. I also eat my fair share of crappy food, but working out I get to burn it all off.

Also, your body produces more cholesterol than you could ever hope to consume, so I really don't care about that when I eat my 500 eggs a year.

If I ate healthy, I would be eating some food I don't like(I don't like tomatoes, onions, and such but I don't not like every healthy food) and also I'd be spending more. So I just eat what I want when I want since life is short anyways.

I would be jealous but as it turns out I am also tall and thin. 6'4'' 175lb
But I have this feeling that could all change in 10 years or so when I am in my 30s if i am not somewhat careful now.

I eat fairly healthy most of the time. There's still too much junk in my diet, but I exercise a fair amount, so I'm not in terrible shape, for an American (5'9", 180lbs, 29 years old).

I only eat home-cooked food, which is kinda healthy, but I haven't eaten fast food or had caffine at all in the last year.

I know what you mean. Only for me it was Frosted Mini Wheats and Mountain Dew. I have lost so much weight since that ended.

Buying vegis and tomato sauce, or ingredients for a soup are just as expensive and time consuming as pop tarts or fish sticks. Just different effort.

I'm in college, and the food options I have on campus are quite limited. Luckily, there is a Subway nearby, so I will go there for my most nutritious meals. Unfortunately, most of what I am able to get that I enjoy is stuff like burgers and such. I try and balance it out with salads and the like, but I certainly don't eat as healthy as I used to.

I eat pretty healthily most of the time, but that's less by design and more that I really enjoy cooking and that I happen to like the taste of healthier food. For example, I don't like fatty meat, most salty foods or a lot of processed foods, but I do like fresh, lightly cooked vegetables, lean meat and oily fish.

I am unhealthy however in lack of portion control. I could try and do something about it, but meh, I like my food, and I'm a good cook :p

Eh. Kinda sorta.

I'm vegetarian by choice, so a lot of the things I eat already are healthy anyway

I try to eat healthy every day. It's hard work, but rewarding. Doesn't work every day, but six days out of seven is good enough for me.
Plus, I work at a very physical job. I get around three hours of cardiovascular exercise every day, so I keep fit. :)
