Poll: Heavy Rain only for PS3. Oh snap!

I loved Fahrenheit!
Now there will be something similar to Fahrenheit by the same developers. It just looks amazing.
But i will never get to play it, because I don't have PS3 and i'm not going to buy it.
Are you disappointed?
I think it only makes sense if they make it for all gamers, not just adult ps3 gamers who like that kind of games. How many 'adult ps3 gamers who like that kind of games' do you know? (rhetorical question)

I'm gonna get a PS3 soon and I plan on checking this game out. The only thing that bothers me a bit is that fact that the characters faces don't seem to express as much emotion as they should.

I do own a PS3, but I honestly hate the thing. I won it in a contest so I didn't pay for it and I still think it's a waste. =/

I have metal gear solid and resistance and... that's about it.

I'm still trying to figure out why on earth I'd want to "play" one long cutscene.

It's not a 'game'. It's more like a movie, that you control. If you can call it a cutscene, then movies are cutscenes too. Your just used to the ''Kill all'' type of games. There can be more on consoles/pc's then just games about killing stuff. Just look at what kind of games you play and do you really think that it is exactly the reason why consoles/pc's were made. You can do so much more with technology we have.
They are just doing something original. They seem to be going for a movie, that makes you really care about the characters, the plot that makes you wander about what's going to happen, it just sucks you in by just doing simple things like when in Fahrenheit you had to talk with your ex-girlfriend, get her some boxes, play a guitar, say goodbye and go to sleep. I was doing nothing important to the story for 10 minutes, but i did not feel bored, i was immersed in the game.
Fahrenheit showed me how well they can show human emotions in 'games', how well can a story be told (for the first hour) and how good the choices can be. I liked it, i will definitely like this one too.
Back to the topic - I feel like kicked in the nuts by knowing it's only on PS3.

Was it some kind of secret Heavy Rain is a PS3 exclusive? You seem so shocked.

I'm personally looking forward to playing it, because while I don't think the "gameplay" is a style I want to see replicated, it's something different. Whether it'll be hailed as innovating or scorned as a huge backwards step remains to be seen.

But if I didn't have a PS3 I wouldn't be broken up over it.

No i am not disappointed.I have a PS3 so i can and will get it.

And it's has always been planned as a PS3 exclusive.
