Poll: Help! friends or lovers?

Ok...so this is going to sound pretty lame that i'm asking for advice over a gaming website, but i need help. I have a crush(or maybe what i'm feeling is more like love) on this girl I've known for a half a year now and i have confirmation from a friend that she loves me back. But I don't know if i should stay friends and have a long lasting relationship as friends, or risk it and become her boyfriend for a relationship that might not last very long. It pains me greatly to be so close to the one i love yet so far...and the only thing thats stopping me is the fear that i wont be able to make her happy...

if you were me... what would you do? would you choose friendship? or would you choose love?

I would try for it. If you don't, those feeling may end up hurting your friendship anyway.

And since you have a good idea that she likes you back, then that makes me think it's an even better idea to go for it.
