Poll: Help with TT Menu/YS Menu

Okay, so I cannot run certain games on my TT Card with a YS Menu. I have recently upgraded to the DATs ver 6038 and still I cannot run 999: Nine Hours, Nine Persons, Nine Doors nor can I run Pokemon Conquest (either the clean or the patched version I had downloaded both and neither work). Can ANYONE help me out with this issue?

It's one of the (apparently many) external rom simulators for the Nintendo DS.
