Poll: How do you shave?

So I had a friend ask me how I shave and I always shave with a razor blade. He said that he used an electric razor and his older brother waxes (which I don't know if that counts as shaving). So, how do you guys shave, or do you?

Yea I have an electric razor but I do not really shave... cause my skin is so fucking sensitive that anything like that sends it into an immense rash, I hate my facial hair but I hate rash's even more

If it's longer I use electric clippers to trim it short then shave with a razor. I tried an electric shaver once and it left my face way too spotty. It's just easier to use a razor.

Either of two ways, a quick once over with a razor in the shower every night or it's a special occasion or I've let it grow out a few day, razor and shaving cream followed by pumice. Also I go with the grain and then against for a smoother shave.

I had an electric razor when I was younger but the thing is my facial hair is disturbingly coarse, AND MANLY! So it just kind of gets pulled at by the blades instead of being cut cleanly as soon as the blades lose their edge at all.

So I exclusively use plain old razors now (either I use the disposable kind, or I swap blades regularly)

... oh all right, about twice a week with an old Atra Trac II replaceable-head type razor.

And Edge gel. I used foam about 15 years ago. Gel is much better.

I had a Norelco electric yeeeeeeeeeeears ago. More trouble than its worth.

it just feels... cleaner. also, it's a nice ritual, as you get the best results when you take some time to properly prepare the shaving foam, put in on with a brush, wait for it to soak the hair, and then, well, you go ahead and shave.
it's especially relaxing when the day was quite stressful; it's like a small "island of peace"

I pry the talons from a freshly sluaghtered Griffin which I use to groom my awesomely long, flowing beard before wading into battle against an entire army, with merely my axe at my side...I use an electric razor. -_-

Huh. I've hated every gel I've ever tried. In my experience instead of lifting the hairs the gel kind of glues it to your face (it never foams up entirely) I personally swear by foam, I can't imagine what you find wrong with it :/

Razor. I hate electrics they just make me all itchy, and I actually cut myself more with electrics than razors. Waxing I didn't even know you could really do on your face although I guess it'd work but like hell I'm going to try it.

With a Venus razor, I'm too scared to wax.
Hair removal cream works pretty well too.
