I actually read about it in "The Greatest Show on Earth' Richard Dawkins' new book. I was fascinated by the idea in print, but I find it wholly unbelievable when I actually see the movie.

When I first saw this a few years ago, it was a dancing gorilla, and I thought he was there to try and distract me from counting. So at the end I said, "Gah I almost lost count thanks to the damn monkey" and ruined it for the rest of the guys watching it. I've always found it weird that people don't notice it.
