I only need 2-4 hours to be fine (and I can get 2 hours a night indefinitely and be fully functional, unlike some who can only do it for a week or so before they're exhausted). I can go three days without sleep, then snooze for 6 hours or so and feel refreshed. I often sleep more just for lack of anything better to do (nothing over 6 hours).
i freaking LOVE sleeping. i believe more than the average person. my friends don't even expect me to respond right away text messages because they believe i am sleeping how bad is that?
I only need about 2 hours if it's for a few days, 4 a night during the school year (and I usually only go 6 on school weekends, even though I want and should get more than that). I don't need that much sleep, but I'm very irritable.
