A) Just say under the radar and be invisible if you can.
B) Rebel.
C) Join the Combine.
Oh, and, justify your answers if you can.

Oh Escapist, catering for my procrastination.

Y'know, in that sort of situation I honestly think I'd join the rebels if the opportunity arose.

That said, I'd prefer to do so in a relatively safe manner. Like, say, as that one guy whose job consists of operating a radio and pissing off the weapons instructor.

Looking back to my playthrough of HL2, I recall 90% of civilians getting shot, blown up or bludgeoned, so.. I would probably pussy out and play a support role in the rebellion. Or just do fuckall and chill out in my apartment.

Definitely a rebel, but not in the "DIE FOR HUMANITY! DIE ON YOUR FEET, DON'T LIVE ON YOUR KNEES" gun-toting sense, more in the sense of guys like the blokes you come across in the early levels of Half Life 2 holed up somewhere that help you out on your way with whatever supplies they have laying about.

I would definitely try to stay under the radar if at all possible, possibly be an armchair member of the resistance.

From what I can gather of the half-life universe being an average citizen is hardly much better or safer than being a rebel, seeing as the combine slaughter them by the house-load on your arrival. I guess I would stand up and fight, but then again living in a society ruled by fear and oppression has a habit of making you just get in line, or at least id imagine it does...

I suppose if you could get away with it, as a rebellion like Half-Life's they would need every man they can get to fight so you could fake an illness...

I suppose realistically thinking I would just try to hide and survive. I'm not a risk taker (or in other words: I'm bit of a coward).

I would stay under the radar, hide in a massive lab and get manipulated by a Robotic entity, forcing me to do experiments with a gun that makes holes.

Since gruesome death seems to await anyone else, I would lay low, possibly by disguising myself as a sofa.

Even if you have Gordan Freeman with you, you're still very likely to end up dead.

I'd probably copy Barney, pretend to work for the combine and use that as cover to help rebels under the radar.
