Okay, I'm a typically left of centre voter and supporter.
However, the typical left of centre majority representation party, namely Labour, recently went under some... re branding.
Tony Blair and his entourage of politicians came up with a new direction for the Labour party to take. By taking Conservative policies, re wording them and dressing them up in little hats, he made them appeal to the left of centre voter. By doing this he won his election and effectively destroyed the political image of the Labour Party, creating the so called "New Labour"
It now seems as if there is nothing left worth voting for if your in a situation like mine because weather you like it or not you'll end up with a right of centre government, and it almost seems to be taking us to a worrying one party system, and with the Conservatives now saying that want us all to work till were 75 or pay £7000 or loose your house and go into care or be shot, this is a scary thought....
The other large party is the Lib Dems, who have never had a clear stance in the political spectrum, although they too are settling on the views of new labour and the conservatives.
Tell me what your views are on this, answer the poll and leave a comment, have a friendly debate. This is a strange situation were going into and it'll be interesting and slightly frightening to see how things develop...
