I would have to say either DNA, still alive, or mr. fancy pants. I sing along to all 3 of those in the car when they come on on my cd.

I know there are others, but these are just the first ones I got from my Winamp list. All his songs are just...good.
I think Shop Vac is probably my most favourite (or at the very least a strong contender). Those clap-like sounds in the background always make me tap along to this song, and the song overall is just catchy and great.
And just as a bonus, my least favourite Coulton song, no doubt, is Rock And Roll Boy. It's just...retarded. I hate it. But it's, like, the only one.

I would say either "I Feel Fantastic" or "The Future Soon" I haven't heard all of his songs, but of the ones I have, these two are at the top. I like "RE: Your Brains" and "Still Alive", but I've listened to them so much that I just don't appreciate them the same way I did before.
I feel fantastic, that spells D.N.A, shop Vac, Skullcrusher mountain (of which I got a spiffing t-shirt at his gig), and RE: your brains are all particularly great.
