Sometimes, you get a boss who just doesn't like that you're working for them (maybe they can't afford you, or just don't like you) but doesn't really have a logical reason to fire you. So they start spinning all sorts of ridiculous conditions to let you go, hoping that you'll be unable to meet their impossible expectations and fire you. This bakery boss sounds like one of those cases.
In those cases, my recommended course of action is to look for another position while you still have a job to indicate you're able to hold one to potential employers. If your current employer is putting out that many signs they don't want you around, you should take the hint.
