There are no games that nobody will touch, but these are those that are just so "NOPE!" that far less people would ever think to even bother to try and consider the possibility of playing it in life, or death, or otherwise. There's some game out there that is not only something that isn't your style and genre, but is also badly made, and that you wouldn't even want to try it as a joke.

This is not a case of 'Never Again', but 'Never Ever'. Whacha got?

Well how do I know it's badly made if I never even tried it?

Anyway, games I'll never try even once; Pokemon games. I could not give less of a fuck about that franchise if it was handing out flyers.

Traditional MMORPGs for me; my ?other? response being ?fuck THAT shit.? I qualify ?traditional? as in your WoWs, Everquests, etc. I tried watching my buddy WoW play for about 5 minutes, and the screen was so cluttered, kludgy and convoluted, it didn?t look appealing at ALL. Made no sense to me to need all that shit for gameplay that amounts to grindy hack?n-slashy gameplay. Yep, fuck THAT shit.

Probably a mobile game. Probably lots of mobile games. I wish I could be specific, but...I try to avoid things I know I wont like. Any mobile game that is actually a decent game shouldnt even be a mobile game, or is bogged down by microtransactions anyways, a plague that I wish wouldn't seep into real gaming.

Other: "That's about 10 pounds of "nope" you're stuffing into that 5 pound bag".

When it comes to games that I've never even tried and wouldn't, even ironically...I dunno actually...I think walking sims and, visual novels are the only things I wouldn't play. I don't see the appeal in either to be honest. I like it when a game has a good story and good characters but I also like a game that...you know...is a game. I keep hearing about how amazing Journey is but I would play Sonic 06 again before I play Journey.

I tend to say "nyet", though I pronounce it as "NYEURBGHUR!" As for crappy games, I have the perfect candidate for you:

I once rented a copy of The Sims. That is a videogame for people who absolutely do not have a life. A "game" where I am forced to have my character do mundane things all the time like taking a shower, eating, going to the bathroom, etc. No, thank you. Never Again!

There are lots that I initially think 'hell to the nyet!' but in reality, I'd give nearly anything a go.
Genres I've pretty much given up on, but never 100%:
-Strategy
-MMORPG
-City building
-Sports
-Platformers
-Hide under table or in locker sims (I believe they're called "survival horror" these days)

Genres I've never tried, but maybe?
-Card games
-Dating sims
-JRPG
-Dynasty Warriors type beat em up (seriously do these have a name?)

NOPE!
-Free-to-play grind fests
-Pure stealth games (I realize I've just completely grown out of them and totally lack the patience, WITH the exception of the older Hitman games)

Hmmm. Got to think hard.

It appears I've erased the idea of ever having to play something truly horrifying from my mind. That's a good start.

Edit: Is mobile gaming a genre? I think it is. They all share the same disease and symptoms. Ultra casual, using inferior inputs, cash-grab ready, poorly made; even the most popular mobile game ever made "Pokemon Go" is widely considered badly made in that it's simplistic and buggy. And almost none of them you would play over a selection of games on a proper system.

Pretty much any invite games I get from Facebook like Farmville, Mafia War and Candy Crush Kingdom. I used Facebook to check friend updates and reading a few posts or article, not to played games.

Also technically yes they are also on tablet (I recently bought one) but I still refuse to played those sort of games (not sure what to called those type of games and I can't say casuel since I starting to played a couple of casual games on the tablet).

Define "job" here.

Cause "job" is pretty vague, for all I know you could be talking about Elite Dangerous and Space Truckin' could be the job.

Oh, right...a game! I was expecting subjects like incest or country music duets.
anyhow, I guess probably those Japanese VNs and those weird dress-up-a-little-girl-and-make-them-dance games. There isn't really any room for interpretation for what avenue people extract their enjoyment out of the latter especially. And I get my kicks elsewhere and for free. Probably J-rock too, but there is a lot of other rock that sounds similar that I strongly distaste. It's just J-rock has a name and a seemingly consistent tone of immaturity in audio format.
Kinda strange as I remember being well on my way to become a weibo (is that the spelling?) during early teens. But something changed throughout time, distance and places travelled, so now everytime I try and go back to these subjects that I wanted to explore more of when young, it leaves me feeling cold, disappointed, ashamed and progressively more creeped out as time goes on.

Oh, incidentally.. My entry is Pokemon, ALL OF IT. I don't want it in any shape or form. No way and no how.

There's always time for doing things ironically, I guess.

But I'm pretty sure I'm never going to play Pokemon Go (or anything Pokemon, but certainly not this dumb excuse for a game).

Also, I went and looked at No Man's Sky's center of the galaxy on youtube, and I certainly am not going to touch it, ever. It just looks like a drab, paltry experience, with a historical low amount of payoff.

There's a subcategory of games that I'll describe as "Edgelord" games. We're talking the postals, the I can't even remember the name but last year it was a big deal, the reskinned flash games only 'hilariously' featuring muslims.

When you're deliberately offending people without message, you didn't create art.
