Poll: Notable Avatars.

Have you ever seen an Avatar that particularly stuck out to you? It doesn't have to be good, flashy or anything just merely something that has caught your eye and caused it to linger. They can be anything at all, funny, simple, ugly, complex what ever it is.

Also preferably, say a reason why you found it noticeable.

I'll throw some out there.

This is a particular favorite of mine, as it's simple and funny. Also it just seems so bizarre. The users name is "BloodyThoughts" (I wonder why )

I have a nerd-on for infinite loops like this. You should see the one I get for Pararaptors current avatar *drool*. I just Really like infinite loops. I forget the name of this Escapist. *cries*

The most Notable Avatar ever however? It has to be this

Yes. The avatar shown is the most notable because it isn't even There. It sticks out very noticeably, more so then anything else.


So fellow Escapists, I ask you. What are some notable Avatars you have seen in your Forum lurking days? The Avatars do not even have to be from this forum, merely if they stand out.

Spoiler: Instructions as to how to add a picture to the Forums. Important for new users.

For the uninformed, to add a picture to the forums, get the source of the picture (in Internet Explorer, right click the picture, then properties, then look for image location then copy it) Or for FireFox, (Right click the picture then click copy image location)

After copying said image location, put it inbetween this [*img]ImageLocationGoesHere[*/img] remove the Asterisks, and it will work.

I want to point out that Notable=/= Awesome. A crappy Avatar can still be Notable, as it has something that catches your eye. If you're posting an Avatar say WHY it is notable to you. I'd rather it not be a popularity contest.

I find it notable due to the colours, the fact that the sizing is different from normal and also that it rapidly changes the icons on display. My eyes are attracted to motion, and as such it's hard to pry my eyes from it.

OP, The looping dance one is MurderousToaster! I spent about 45 mins looking at Murderoustoaster's Avatar seeing which songs fit in perfect sync...It was a stunning coincidence, Was scrolling past one of his posts when i noticed my music was in sync with his avatar.

Thus the mission began!

I've always liked Hubilub's seizure-inducing avatar.

Thanks to that one "Who has the best avatar" thread a while ago though, I saw a lot of good ones, like one with Wabifet and a Super Sayan Pikachu... I know there were other ones I loved but I'll wait to see other people post for that; We're bound to see some fun ones in this type of thread.

STOP MAKING THREADS LIVE THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's tiring me out to see the same threads over and over released like every 4 days. Hell, it's more repitable than EA's and Ubisoft game releases.
