So, as you may have guessed from the title, I'm curious as to how long every day you spend "touching up"; shaving, making up your hair, putting on makeup, [footnote]don't pooh-pooh this, a guy I knew that used eyeliner every day was a killer with the ladies[/footnote]the like. Just a matter of curiosity.

I, for example spend about a minute each day brushing my hair, because I don't like it being tangled up, and I shave once every two weeks. I like having a beard, but I don't like it being too long, and I don't have a trimmer. That's...how I like looking. [footnote]Other people (by which I mean everyone but my mother) doesn't like it, although my dad only dislikes that I have a beard. Feel free to put in notes like these in your own posts.[/footnote] You can see the overall results of this on the picture on the left.

My hair looks fine after I dry it, no combing or brushing needed. So basically no time at all, unless you count taking a shower.

I like a long shower and every so often I shave, but that's about it. You don't have to do a lot of work when you like you're chiseled from stone already.

Shave, run gel through the hair in one or two motions, deodorant, and off I go.

1-5 minutes not including shower is the norm for casual.

If I have to go in formal attire the time moves to 30 minutes.

I use a beard trimmer on my face like once or twice a week, depending on the style I'm going for currently as well as level of laziness. Quick use of a comb usually to. So 1-5 minutes.

15-30 minutes on a normal morning, without a shower. Just brush out my bangs, redo the ponytail, change, and im out.

now if i included a bath that number is bumped up another 45 minutes or so, and if I put on makeup another hour.

May I please ask about "-1 Minute"? It sounds as though to spend time making yourself worse, on purpose.

Depends on how long its been since I shaved. I usually take about 5 minutes or so. I try my best to tame my sentient hair.... usually I just give up.

Depends on whether or not it's a day I decide to shave. If so 5-15 minutes.
If not, I do nothing.
My hairstyle is bed head.

5-15 minutes depending on how tired I am. Really I do is brush the teeth, brush my hair and see if I can put it up in one go, normally no. I don't do make up because I'm really lazy and I don't trust myself with applying anything to the face that early in the day.

I have long hair, all it needs is a quick brush and tie it back if I'm going to work. If I'm not, then an even quicker brush so as not to completely destroy the curls that have built up overnight, and no tying it back. I don't wear makeup unless I'm going out to a goth club, so no time for that. I shave my neck and parts of my cheeks, leaving goatee and sideburns. Total time, maybe three minutes? Add another minute if it's time for my weekly trim of facial hair that has grown too long.

5-15.

Shaving takes me a while to do, and I usually do exercises around then, for no other reason than appearance, so I think it should qualify

It means a minute or less. I considered putting subtitles on the questions (No time, A little bit) to clear up the confusion, but figured it would be unnecessary.[footnote]And I had no idea what I would say for the 5+ hours option. "I'm a victim to fashion?"[/footnote]

...yeah, I think that explains it well enough.

I'm a girl. It takes me around 15 minutes to do my hair and put makeup on, deodorise, etc.

So... yeah. I cbf doing more, as I look presentable after that. Why make it harder?
