For reasons that do not matter, one of the planets in out solar system *one that is not earth* must be destroyed. And you decide which one.

And Pluto is in here just for fun.

And you don't have to worry about stuff flying around causing damage, THEY will deal with it.

I think we can manage without Mercury. I refuse to count Pluto as a planet because then we would have to add several thousands of planets to the system.

Blow up Pluto, just to shut up people who still think it's a planet. Now it's DUST. Happy?

Uranus. It's just a plain old gas giant. Pluto is awesome, Neptune's orbit crosses with Pluto's and it's named after a god, Saturn has rings, Jupiter is fucking huge, Venus has interesting features, Mars is a good candidate for colonization, and Mercury is at least a rock, not just gas.

Jupiter. It's gravity is... Too damn high. Plus it's so smug sitting in trees and in piesjust because it's the largest planet. It's just a big windbag, a blowhard a... I've run out of jokes that make fun of it being a gas giant...

It's funny. I had an Astronomy class this past year, and now I cringe at the idea of destroying any of them because I learned so many (practically) useless facts. I guess I'd have to go with Pluto, specifically because it is not a real planet despite how oddly attached people got to it. I find the whole campaign to keep Pluto a planet baffling.

Uranus- The father of The Titans.... Plus it's all sideways and stuff. It's like if Derpy was a planet...

Pluto or mercury

One's so small it already isn't a planet, the other is too hot to really be of much use.

Probably pluto

If by "several thousand" you mean "potentially several dozen." Assuming you were pendantic enough to include things that aren't officially considered dwarf planets, of which there are only five.

Mercury.
It's the closest to the Sun by far and it's not the hottest?
How dare it! How DARE!
