If you do mean Avatars, then not really, I tend to use 1 of 2 Different Avatars these days, and will Alter one of the 2 Choices for Holidays, Events, and other such things.

Yes, I change them. I think I had my old one for 3 weeks. Been here for just over 2 months and have had 4 now.
But I only change them if I think of something interesting and need an excuse to do it.
Frank's Oscar needed to be replaced by Fallout boy. It needed to be done.

I hardly change mine, I think i've had 2 while i've been at this site, perhaps 3. That being said i'm in the process of wanting to change it right now and i'm lucky in the respect no one would notice 
A bunch of users are pretty much known by their avatars mind, take the guy with the nuke the whales thing for example. I can't remember his name for shit, but I shall always remember him for his glorious avatar.

Everyone once in a while, I don't like doing it too often as people remember you by your Avatar.

I change mine often, but now they're all so similar you can still tell it's me. It went from a still of Professor Layton and Luke, and then to Professor Layton and Luke being chased by a Ferris wheel, and now it's part of the closing scene of the Curious Village.
