Poll: Poll:Favorite Sonic Character

Ok so first note, I'm gonna only list sonic characters from the games (NOT the Archie Comics). Second I'm going to only list those that had main and multiple appearances in well known sonic games (While Knuckles Choatix is a good game how many people played it?). I would like to know why you like your character of choice.

Mine would be Amy Rose, I like her design and the Pico Pico Hammer is fun to use in Sonic Advance 1.

Robotnik seems like a more interesting character, I wish that they would go into more of a back story.

Either Knuckles or Shadow. Knuckles because he has spiked fists and usually has catchy music.
Shadow because he skates on air, and is a lot cooler than Sonic.

Knuckles...I mean, early on he was a character that if you got high enough, you could just glide through half the level and then you hit a wall, just climb to the top and do it again, how cool is that?

That and he's voiced by Dan Green, I mean that guy could sell ice to an eskimo with his voice...

I agree. Sonic is third on my list because he's the hero. However fekkin' annoying his voice actor may be, he's still the good guy.

Mighty the Armadillo. Why? Because tell me he's not badass. He's the awesome colour scheme of Shadow without the hedgehog.

Edit: If I really have to pick one of the "main" characters then Knuckles. But only because Knuckles Chaotix is my favourite Sonic game and I can't technically pick Mighty.

Really, Knuckles is the best because he's the funniest, the most interesting and actually has a backstory. But I like Tails

Knuckles, because he can glide and punch through walls. That and because the poor sod gets duped and then forced to fight a robotic sonic that's high on master emerald.

The only downside I saw was that he couldn't jump as high.

Metal Sonic, definitely. Besides his classic design, he's one of the few antagonists to maintain both his status as a proper villain, not devolving into an anti-hero or a flip-flopping competency rate. Furthermore, above all, he's possibly one of the only characters to still hold a shred of dignity in the entire franchise.

Sonic, because Sonic 2 is one of the greatest games ever made and the further addition of characters other then Tails just led the series down the poop chute.

Cream the rabbit nah just kidding er Robotnik I suppose (or is it Eggman now) I sorta gave up on the series when they started talking and the few times I have tried to reacquaint myself have ended with failure as far as im concerned Miles `tails` Prower is the only other sonic character other than the main antagonist and protagonist. I may be living a lie but its nicer than the truth. Incidentally why dont the others have silly pun names like tails?

There is a back story for him I had a book on it also explains why Sonics blue and super fast etc or are you looking for a massive detailed plausible backstory? because TBH I dont think they thought about it to hard themselves.
