Just because it seems to be the only thing being talked about in the comments in the ZP for Assassins Creed 2

The options of the poll are just what I saw offered as suggestions as to the cause in the comments.

Personally I don't think it effected the ZP at all.

He'll get over it and back to his normal voice.
or not. whatever, as long as he's still doing his reviews, I don't care if he sounds like a pre-teen japanese girl.
hell, that might even sound funny.

I noticed the change but it doesn't bother me at all. He's probably just testing new recording equipment or at least that's my theory.

Does no one think that it could have been a different person? Not only was the pitch of the voice in question completely different, he talked a lot slower as well.

Oh c'mon, that'd be a bit much.

I mean, if he started doing reviews in the manner of a hyperactive pre-teen Japanese girl, I think half his fanbase would just up and revolt.

Edited the options in the poll to include this.

He might gain a few fans.
Still it would be funny to listen to for a while.
as long as it was still in english, so the accent and all would be crazy on it.

Does it really matter? This has happened in the passed and it didn't affect anything. I voted for puberty.

p.s. after listening to it his voice sounds more like it did during his first reviews.

It just sounds a bit louder, think it's a new mic, its not all that different and i'm sure we'll find out soon enough anyway.

He sounded alot like he did when ZP first started, and the pitch and pace changed over time. Now he's gone back all of a sudden and so it sounds wierd. That's my theory; look at some of the first ZPs and see what I mean.

His microphone probably broke or maybe he got sick.
Who cares though, this really didn't deserve its own thread.

It was distracting for the first minute or two and then not so much. I really want to say it sounds like a combination of recording change and having a cold but that doesn't seem too likely.
