I recently got back to this game after a few years and installed Oblivion lost and Arsenal mods on to it but the NPC's are walking around with the vanilla weapons, anyone have a clue of what i should change around or edit?

Well first off you have to be using a new save game, but maybe you merged something wrong? Or missed a mod compatability patch? Im not sure, havent played STALKER in a while...
