Poll: Should Sega stop making games that have anything to do with the sonic universe?

In my opinion its dead...dead dead dead dead dead. When was the last time that they ever really made a decent sonic game? I mean cmon, they have to be losing money on this...So why keep making them when everyone is telling them to just let it go?

First game I ever played was the first sonic game so I've got the rose tinted nostalgia specs on but they're still better then the 3d ones

A 3D graphic, side-scrolling, level-for-level remake of Sonic 3 & Knuckles would instantly redeem Sega for all the atrocities from Sonic Heroes to Sonic Unleashed.
