Poll: Silent Hill 2: Which ending did you get?

Despite all the SH2 hype on this site I'm pretty sure this hasn't been asked yet. I recently introduced my non-gamer roommate to Silent Hill 2 and she wouldn't put it down until she finished. She ended up with the "leave" ending, which is the same one I always get. We both wanted to see the other ones, so I'm doing a few "speed runs" to see them all. It got me wondering which ending is most common on a first time, non walkthrough play. So, which one did you get, and why/how?

I ended up getting Leave my first time through, and if I remember it right you get it by showing that you're willing to survive through the game, by keeping your health good and such.

There are other endings you're leaving out though, such as the Rebirth ending and the UFO ending.

I know there are a few other endings, but as far as I know those are the only three you can get the first time you play. Unless there's something I'm not aware of.

You're right, those are the only three you can get on the first playthrough. Rebirth and UFO you can get after you finish it once.

I got the 'Water' ending, which apparently happens if you don't look after your health very well and examine the suicide knife.

I got this too. I got the Bad ending in Silent Hill 1 as well the first time I played. I have bad Karma with those games.

Amazing games though. The thing that it does that no other game does is it makes me keep thinking about it, days after I've finished it.
