I don't think I will, honestly.
I binged on Skyrim for about two months straight, but now I'm burned out on it.
On the off-chance I do get back into Skyrim, I can't justify buying the DLC for a one-off play session.
Plus, I don't think the DLC makes the PS3 port any more stable, so I'll pass.

I picked it up while it's cheap since I'm just not going to pay 13 quid for it. £7 was acceptable though. I've not actually started playing it though, aside from the instance when the cultists attack at random to open the questline up, since I'm still working my way through the Mages' College and I want to get the other major quests out of the way before I get sidetracked by Miraak and Solstheim.

I have it on PC so it would just be silly for me to get the PS3 version. Since I'm on PC and am in no rush to play it I'm going to wait for a sale to get it cheap.

Wait.... It's out now?

Anyways, not any time soon. I barely finished the quests that I've been meaning to do and finish the story about a month ago, and I don't plan on returning to it soon. I just don't care that much anymore, but maybe one day though.

Now that I have a PC that can run Skyrim...NO.

I already made the mistake of buying Skyrim for the PS3.
Why would I waste any more of my money on a company that doesn't give a damn about it's PAYING costumers?

I bought it. I haven't started the DLC yet because I started the game over and I'm waiting to be lv.20 before I go to Solstheim. 14 hours in and no bugs or freezes whatsoever - except one hargraven corpse falling out of the sky. I'm satisfied with Bethesda's work so far. And 50% off the DLCs is a nice touch.

I played the Xbox version of Skyrim originally before selling all of my games. I considered getting it on PS3 when I heard all DLC's would be half price, but PC has mods, so I bought the PC version and got it on that.

About the DLC itself or how well it works?

I can only speak about the DLC itself really.

The main quest isn't that long, but it is fairly good. The story isn't particularly climatic, but to be honest I felt that about the game overall, as much as I enjoyed it. It's interesting though, but could have done with a little more detail. I haven't done all of the side quests, but I thought they were pretty fun.

You get some cool new items such as some new armour types, weapons, shouts and perks (I won't go into specifics in case they are spoilers for you). The area you go to is interesting, although like Dawn Guard I felt too much of it was too similar to Skyrim itself.

Is it worth the full price? I'd say if you still have a lot of Skyrim left in you then yes. Otherwise it may not add enough to warrant it. If you got it for half price then I'd say you made a pretty good deal to be honest.

You may struggle at level 20.

I went in around level 30 and despite having heavy armour rating of around 65 and block (using a shield) of around the same I still died a lot at certain points. I also had the perks to increase effectiveness at level three for both (60% effectiveness increase).

Although of course it depends what type of character you use. Mine was sword and shield, no sneaking or magic.

I have it on pc but so far i have been completely unmotivated to play it, the whole months after xbox before the "others" can have it kind of kills it for me.

I'm sure i'll get round to it when i'm really REALLY bored but otherwise meh.

I did because it was half off. I played it and beat it in about 2 days. And I have to say... (wait for it)... Not worth the wait. 6 months for a couple new armor and weapon sets, a 6 hour story, and a ability to "ride" dragons. Major letdown for me, but ah well. To give credit I did enjoy exploring Solstheim, as I enjoy wandering in Skyrim.

I think we need a "nope I don't have a ps3 version lawl =D" option...

Well, if figuratively I had a ps3 and skyrim on said ps3 I probably would. because I'm a completionist whore and I must HAVE ALL THE THINGS lskdfjslf

Actually I'm afraid it might be a glitchy unplayable mess. I played the PC version at my friends house so I know I like it.

I have bought it since it was half price, but I haven't had a chance to play it yet. I don't plan on getting the other two though.

I'm also waiting to hear any news about horrible glitches.

My interest in Skyrim was quite literally a year ago. My opinion on Skyrim as a whole has turned 180° since then anyway. Skyrim leaves me feeling horribly empty and I doubt Dragonborn could change that. They can stuff it with their DLC.

Yeah I can't actually buy it. I saw it once in the store, then I signed in to buy it, and it was gone. So I'm quite pissed. I literally, cannot find it, in the store. And oh, I have looked through literally everything to try and find it.
Odd, I just found it again. (Granted the store layout still sucks.)

Go to: Games >> PS3 Add-Ons >> Hot PS3 Add-Ons >> Move to the right >> And you've reached your destination.
