Basic Summary:
There is a group of 13 New Yorkers, all from various jobs and backgrounds, religions and places.
During the course of All Hallow's Eve they end up in a cave, be it kidnapping, being seduced into going there, or sheer fate they end up in a dark cave.

There will be all 13 of the people layed out on stone slabs, this is where you'd choose your character, with a little bit of background being displayed for each person. When the character is chosen a short cinematic will play showing how they have lived there lives so far. The cinematic will also be part tutorial teaching basic movement and will allow you to form how your character is today (think moral/ethics system).

Then when you finish the tutorial you wake up along with the other New Yorkers to see a hooded figure over you. He then leads you around talking about mystic nonsense that'll make sense later and then he finishes the talk leading you back to the slabs.

Where you once were there are these bodies, having vaguely human characteristics but still distinguishable things to tell they aren't human. You then are told to kill them, no matter what you have to end up killing them, just the faster you do it the lower the moral scale slides. After that the fun begins.

Where the game becomes interesting:
You then see images flash and then pass out in flash of white. You wake up in a dirty apartment with the other people. It is then revealed to you by the hooded man that this apartment now belongs to all the people who he refers to as his Elementum. He then goes around and places his hand on everyone's head and whenever he does they morph into these manifestations of elements. They are humanoid beings made of the element they had consumed the last night. The gameplay will be a third-person sandbox gameplay where your hero goes through the city thwarting crime, or taking part in it with his powers. The powers he gains will be influenced through morality getting to a level in morality will gain you new powers, but losing/gaining morality will not have you lost the power.

Their will be many story arcs that'll make it act like a modern day comic-book. You will have the chance to meet the other characters that have become like you real-time as well whilst playing the game.

I have posted a poll for you to vote on what you want to hear next. I'm sorry if it takes me a long while to respond back, I have marching band and school and my life is very hectic at the moment. Opinions and questions are welcome!

Sounds pretty neat, just would like to know about the kinds of powers you had in mind
