Hello fellow escapist metalheads! I am a huge fan of the Melodic Death Metal genre and I was just curious on which one of the 3 pioneers of the genre(also known as Gothenburg Metal) is your favorite and what album/song by them you like the most. Those 3 are In Flames, Dark Tranquillity and At The Gates, while it is an extremely tough choice for me, I would have to go with In Flames. My favorite album by them is Whoracle and my favorite song by them would probably have to be Food for the Gods.
