Yeah.

I don't know what to think. Hopefully they don't botch this, although I feel like no man could replace Mr. T as B.A. Baracus.

I must admit, I can't feel okay with them basing them as Iraq War vets, though I couldn't give you a reason why?

Thoughts?

There was already a thread about this a while ago.

Simply enough, it's not the A-Team if there's no Mr. T.

Link, please? Unless I see some evidence, I'm going to blame the shitty search button. =D

Thread Necroing and Thread Duping: We know that our forums have a very high volume of traffic and sometimes you will end up wanting to talk about subjects that are being discussed elsewhere on the forums. To keep thread spam to a minimum, we ask that you try not to start threads in the same board on exactly the same topic as another thread that's already active that day. We reserve the right to combine, merge, or delete redundant threads where we see this happen. We will ban for thread spamming in a persistent, abusive, or exploitative manner.

If you want to have a discussion on a topic that's been the subject of a past thread, you should generally join in that thread if it's a live discussion. If that thread has been inactive for a month or more, its good etiquette to start a new thread and link to the old thread if you want to provide it as background information, and we discourage arbitrary bumping. We will ban for thread bumping if and when it is conducted in a persistent, abusive, or exploitative manner.

I'm not sure I'll be able to take Bradley Cooper in an action movie after he was in the hangover, I'll just start cracking up from the memories

I'd prefer to see Mr T come back as B.A. Baracus. However, the trailer doesn't seem too bad. Fine, a lot of things have been changed, and diehard A-Team fanboys and girls will hate it for the changes. But to those people, I say suck it up! There will always be some degree of adaption decay in cases like this, and anyone who is too much of a fanboy to realise that something being changed slightly isn't always a bad thing is just an idiot. Quite frankly, I reckon that even if it won't stay true to the original show, it still looks half decent, and I for one will definitely try and see it when it gets released in the UK :D.

I'm surprisingly optimistic.

I'm a big fan of the A Team, so I've been following this project for a while and I've gone from mocking disbelief to a state of curiously pleased. Rather than pretending that the A Team was 100% serious, they've taken the camp-y spirit and bought it into the 21st Century.

As I said, I'm looking forward to it being released.

Uhm... cool. Thanks for the information, I guess. I already knew that though. Did you not see the second line of my post, where I contributed? I'll make sure to put 'OT' before it next time so you can tell I'm not simply being an ass hole.

Liam Neeson is John "Hannibal" Smith.

The District 9 guy is playing Face.
Sharlto Copley's playing Murdock. Still, with these two on board, I'm actually really looking forward to the movie. I didn't think I'd look forward to it at all, but now that the cast's been announced, matters have changed. Especially with Liam Neeson playing Hannibal, it has potential to be very good, in my opinion.

None of the original cast...
I shan't be going to see it.
I want to remember it in all of its original glory.
Shame, really...
