Poll: the better platform

Given the line-up for the next generation which platform, out of PC, Xbox 1, PS4, and Wii U, do you think is the best, and why.

Given the facts I think PC is the better choice for me, reasons being.
-It can do more then game
-I don't have a camera watching me
-access to steam
-Modding community
-Upgrade rather than buy new
-I chose how mutch it costs
-games cost less
-MMO's

If I had to make a second choice it would probably be PS4 just for the exclusive titles.

Does PC count as a console? I'd call it a 'platform' to me, console means a special box dedicated to game playing. While many high-end rigs are dedicated to gaming, PCs in general are multi-use tools.
OT: PS4, because it's the cheapest up-front (although XO is probably cheaper in the long run)
