Okay there's been a lot of discussion on the Ecapist lately about what gaming device people prefer.. So I thought lets get the answer so we can see where the overall crowd stand.

Also I have split PC and web page games into two categories since the web page crowd is rather large but doesn't really reflect the PC gamer.

I use my PC for my strategy games and I use my PS3 for just about everything else. Though considering half my gaming time is spent on strategy games, that means I'm about 50/50. Therefore I chose "WHAT I CAN'T CHOOSE BETWEEN MY CHILDREN!?!" on the poll.

Other. Perhaps my most used device is my Caanoo, which even that is a hold out till my Pandora comes in.

Cave story, Jump to the moon and EEEEK! EEEK! OOOK! are insanely addictive.

PC all the way, though I do keep an Xbox around for a few of its exclusives. What can I say, Halo and Forza have a little more replay value than Heavy Rain.

My (easy) guess would be that the escapist will show up mostly PC as most users seem to like innovation and new gameplay and ofc PC is flooded with both.

If I had to choose. My 360, simply because it has most of my favourite games on it.

Realistically however, all the platforms are worth owning, because they all have great games worth having.

The only reason I have more games on the 360 is because I've had that longer than my PS3.

The Wii has just a handful of titles worth owning though, although Monster Hunter Tri, Metroid Prime Trilogy and a lot of the first party games are worth it.

I use my Pc and ps3 about the same amount and like them both pretty equally, so which to choose?
Ill go with " WHAT, I CAN'T CHOOSE BETWEEN MY CHILDREN!!!"

I usually play my shooters on Xbox and adventure stuff on PS3. I don't PC game as much as I used to, it got prohibitively expensive.

Of the options given, Wii. It has the best games and I've had the most fun on it compared to the rest of your options.

No handhelds like PSP and DS though? Disappointed in you.

DS, then PC, then Wii, then 360.

The DS has the best gaming library out there at the moment, with the PC second only because of Starcraft 2.

Added handheld, however tbh I'd place them in the same group as cellphones.

It's not that I don't prefer the other consoles, but I've been a PC gamer since I was very young, so I go with PC.

By that logic PC games can go in the same section as browser games.
They are completely different things.

PC. Can't afford a separate console.

For the wise-ass who's going to chirp about how most applications don't need a powerful PC - try running CSS5 with 512MB RAM.

And if you use non elitist douchey logic you would understand how ignorant your statements are.

For me, it's PC, though I my Xbox 360 around to play Guitar Hero or make an attempt to 1000/1000 Bayonetta (both are going horrifically bad due to lack of practice).
