what you do is you google your name plaus a verb and then post what the first result is

for example

"____ goes"
"____ is"
"____ has"
"____ went"
"____ loves"
"____ looks"
etc, you can use other words, but those are just some examples

is... "Caitlin is the WORST girl in the world!"
has... "Caitlin has sex"
