Poll: The most Bad-ass gaming character

We need your help to settle a argument, me and a few of my friends here are having a bit of a partito.
to cut a long story shot,the subject moved to bad-ass characters.

not surprisingly the nine of us dont agree on anything ( Except Leo and Giovanni su Jack Carver)
so we are leaving it to alla Escapist so sort out this heated italiana argument.

From the list I would have to say Fisher, however Captain Price from MW 1&2 would be my first pick.

That takes heart and character to be that determined at his job. He's a working class hero.

Its just between me and my friends choices but Wrex was one of mine, blame the Poll system. The Escapist needs to add more options.

tough choice I personally like duke nukem, but after having seen kratos disembowl a centaur in the god of war 3 demo he definitely moved up on my list.

Out of that choice, I would say James Earl Cash.

Think about it. All of the other characters have something about them that is extraordinary, well, besides Sam Fisher. He just has extreme Special Forces training. This guy (who I honestly didn't know the name of until now) just know how to kill people. Really well. With grocery bags. He, technically, has the most natural bad-assery about him.

EDT: Gatt has no powers either, but at least he has a ton of gangster friends.

He never asks for anything. I'm not sure if he is just a patriot, or is under the influence of mind control. Either way I don't really like those motives. Really fun games though.

At least two people in the Mortal Kombat series.

For me I'd say Virgil from Devil May Cry. Beyond that, Duke. Even if he did get all his dialogue from Evil Dead.
