Poll: The Yellow Light

ok, I was playing my ps3 yesterday when suddenly my system shut down. I tried to turn it back on and instead i got a yellow light on the disk tray, and after searching the internet i find that the yellow light i have is a indication of a system failure. in other words...my ps3 is DEAD.

and Sony is happy to help me fix my system for only $190. (sarcasm anyone?)
so heres my question to you: Is this unfair that i have to pay $190 if i want Sony to fix a hardware problem that shouldn't not even exist in the first place?

and if you could recommend any good pc games to me now since im going to have to switch to pc gaming for a while.

Thats why I like Microsoft, they will replace an Xbox 360 for free.

I know the pain, i fixed it myself it worked for a while.

I said on the phone that MS replace their broken consoles but they said their is nothin they can do.

damn at least MS does it for free if your in warrenty, and if not its just a hundred. I hope this doesnt happen to my ps3 though
