Some of you may or may not have heard about UBB, or Usage Based Billing. This would turn internet into something like a cellphone or gas billl. Canada, I believe, has had this implemented already and there is some serious anger towards it. The United States has also put serious thought about this in to effect. There are some who are for this with the claim that "its like gas or electricity or water, you pay as you use and you pay extra if you go over". My issue with this argument is that internet is not a need, so it should stay as it is, and not only that but us gamers get shafted by this, console or PC (but mostly the Steam gamers....like me).
On the flipside, some of the stuff Canada is doing is not so bad cash wise...I just do not know how it affects Gamers nor have I seen any articles about that.
Anyways, now that my mini rant is over, please vote yes or no and post why.
