Poll: Were you/Are you bullied in school?

Inspired by the other bully thread.

When I was in grade school I had a pretty bad case of Tourette's syndrome. It was hard. I would constantly twitch, tap my fingers, or cough loudly. And I got a really hard time about it constantly. For discussions sake, where does 'boys being boys' turn into bullying?

I was bullied for being a gamer actually. It caused some huge problems. Since the school didn't care.

Hippie in a conservative school. After I got suspended for making death threats I mellowed out a bit and people stopped giving me shit in high school.

Ive been on both sides, in 6th grade I was part of a pack that would bully this kid and in middle school I was bullied for a bit before I chased one of them around the math room with a pencil, intending to kill him with it, that was pretty much the end of that

Nope, never was. Mostly because I was always pretty good sized(and not in the fat way), plus there was never really anything to bully me about. Hell, I have fucked with people more than I have been fucked with myself.

Yes, for wearing pants that were too short (single mother, fast grower). Then I snapped and broke the kid's nose. I don't even think I got in trouble because I was a good kid with high grades and he was kind of a dirtball. School isn't fair, but he kind of deserved it. I didn't even consider it bullying until much later.

I was a little bit, but then I stood up to them and they pretty much left me alone. I stood up for my friends though, since they were bullied much more than me.

Well I guess there's some very light, immature bullying, but that's really it, and even that happens rarely.

Teased sure. My family name is ripe for teasing. Bullying in the traditional sense really did not exist in my school. There were jerks of course, but they were just jerks not bullies. It's a shame though. Part of me wishes there were bullies because I would have not stood for it. Would have made high school more fun hehe.

Ive never been bullied because im amiable and tall. Plus if anyone ever gave me shit id punch them in the face. Fuck up or be fucked up (bully wise at least)

Once I think. Guy was an asshole. Friend of mine punched him in the balls and he never messed with me again. He's still an asshole though.

I was bullied in school. All it really did was teach me how to be a better bully to other people, which didn't serve me well in elementary school.

I always tried to remain neutral. Of course, everyone has been a bully at some point, but I always made sure the douchebaggery didn't go too far.
I was never personally bullied, because I had a reputation for getting in fights and being stronger and more crazy than everyone.

At first, yeah. Got a lot of it every time I moved onto a new school (military brat, so it was a lot). Always for idiotic reasons, and lasted when they saw I didn't shy away from taking, and throwing punches. Didn't win many fights, but made damn sure they barely limped away from it.

Gotta wonder what is different now then it was during my time. We had a good amount of bullying, but these newer models seem to get more and more viscous if the news is to be believed.
