Ok i am a huge Dio fan and just hearing about this fills me with disgust. So far the "Church" have been protesting anyone and anythings funeral and calling them fags for no other reason than they can. Now they plan to protest at Dios funeral, a heavy metal god. So guys anyone like to guess what will happen at a funeral filled with metalheads when they show up? Get the chainsaws ready!

WBC is a business. They pick a hot button, press it hard, and then win a legal action after claiming their 1st Amendment rights have been breached (by being attacked or moved on or stopped from picketing). This is how they make buck, up to a quarter of a million a year.
A few years ago they were all set to picket the funerals of those poor little Amish kids who got shot in their schoolroom until one of the news stations (might have been Fox) bribed them out of it with some air time.

I hate that they would do this to Dio, especially since he was such a good person in real life, but I doubt anything will happen to the because of it. I would like to see a minimum of all of them being arrested for it though. Publicly disrupting a funeral should be illegal.
