I see a lot of threads about Halloween costumes but I wonder what you people are going to do in those costumes? Are you hitting the streets to run after random strangers, trick-or-treating, organizing a zombie-themed LARP, ...

Our local cinema is organizing a Halloween Night event in which it will feature 3 horror movies in avant premiere. The event starts at 10:30 PM and will last into the wee hours of the morning. The movies are: Saw 6, Case 39 and Paranormal Activity. What's so great is that these movies are coming out much, much later in Belgium. So we get to see Case 39 already although it's only coming out in theaters on December 23rd (again, in Belgium)! Paranormal Activity is only coming out on November 25th.

So, what are you doing on Halloween night?

Me and my friends have bought several Guy Fawkes masks and plan to go to our school dance...

Things may not end well.

Trick-or-Treating, getting told I'm too old, giving up because no one is giving me candy, then either going to a party or throwing a little party for my friends at my house.

Dressing as the grim reaper with any luck: I'm still practicing the accent. I'm not sure whether to go with death from Discworld or Greg the (Bloody Cats!) Grim Reaper. For Greg, I'm not sure where I'd get a scythe thats 15 foot tall.

Tell kids at my door to bugger off.

(I'm in Germany, and the kids already have 3 opportunities a year to get away with my precious candy [one being actually a few days after halloween)

Also, i'm unsure if i should see horror movies all day or rebel against that by watching christmas stuff.

Hm partying didn't cross my mind. In Europe we're still just getting into the whole Halloween concept. I think the first time that I saw children dressing up as ghosts and monsters and hitting the streets was about three years ago. I don't think the concept of a Halloween party has quite reached us yet. Until then, I will definitely enjoy my Halloween movie nights :)

I won't be doing anything special on Halloween since I live in Finland and we don't actually celebrate Halloween here. I tried it once with my mate and we got a nice amount of stuff (including a piece of cake o_O) but it wasn't really our thing.

So yeah, nothing special on Halloween.

Happens to be my mother's 50th birthday on Halloween so my father and I conceived of a dastardly plot involving sheep's blood, a couple of children, and a kitty...

But really, we're taking her out to dinner... so I get to miss out on all the fun and exciting things that I should be doing drunk with the rest of my friends

Going to a party...actually maybe 2, and hopefully getting drunk off my ass.

Me and 3 other guys may dress up as Brock Samson and Dr. Venture, Hank and Dean though.
