Considering how 2010 was absolutely stuffed with great (and not so great) games, what game do you intend on getting for Christmas?

There is only one choice in the poll bro.

Ill probably get the new Golden sun, Megaman ZERO:collection, or Goldeneye 007 with some of the money ill probably get.
Just something that will last for a while.

I will probably get AssCre for Xmas like I did last year, that worked out pretty well. I still Got Enslaved, Castlevania, New Vegas, Fable 3, Hot Pursuit and a few others to get through before ill be happy with all the games from this year.

Well, I'm pretty sure we all know who will be dominating the Christmas sale this year.

Hopefully Fallout New Vegas. I wasn't sure if I wanted it at first but my friend assured me it was worth it despite the bugs.

...except that your poll pretty much leaves out all the PC (and Wii) exclusives... Civ 5, WoW: Cataclysm, Starcraft 2? These are the heavy hitters of PC over the last year, and they're all lumped together in "Other"?

Me, I'm probably getting Aralon: Sword and Shadow. Possibly a few other things.

I apologize for not including any PC and Wii games on the list. I don't have a Wii and my computer can't play s#@t. Feel free to include any games that were not on the list in the thread (or whatever its called).

I asked for Starcraft 2, Gran Turismo 5, and Ratchet and Clank: A Crack in Time. I'll also be buying the new Deus Ex once it comes out if that counts.

Well, I'm looking for more obscure titles to round out the end of the year. A few Wii titles caught my eye, and since I haven't used my Wii for anything but collecting dust, I decided on them.

Cursed Mountain - "Survival Horror" title supposedly based in the Himalayan mountains. Published by Deep Silver which caught my eye, since they published STALKER Clear Sky. Never heard of the game, so I'm looking forward to it being a sleeper success.

Endless Ocean: Blue World - Sequel to the first, same name. I enjoyed the first a bit, it was original, and it had it's charms. Eventually it was just underwhelming, though. There wasn't much to do. They supposedly added some new features, added "dangers", which was lacking in the first.

Other than those two.. I've been into the lesser-known strategy titles, like Patrician and Europa Universalis, but I'm not keeping my hopes up for either. I'll keep my eye out for more, doesn't have to be Wii either.

As for any AAA titles... Maybe Gran Turismo 5. Though I'm not sure. I want a decent race wheel that isn't crap or uber-expensive, and the options are few. So I'll probably wait a year.

(These are what I'll probably get for myself, if that was the question. If by "getting for Christmas" you mean, getting as presents, then probably nothing.)

Other: None. I buy games throughout the year. Christmas gifts in my family are apparently meant to be more thoughtful than "I couldn't think of what to get you, but this new game came out. Here you go.". These are supposedly the people that know me the best in the world, so they shouldn't cop out. Likewise, I don't with them.
